  Ken Brailsford - Founder, is well known as a pioneer in the network marketing industry, as well as the "Father of Herbal Encapsulation" being first to introduce herbs commercially in capsules in the 1970s.  He has over 30 years in the nutritional supplement and network marketing industries.   Brailsford was former Co-Founder, CEO and President of Nature's Sunshine; Founder, CEO and President of Enrich Int.; Founder of Botanicals, Inc.; Publisher of "The Herbalist" Magazine.  Ken was named Utah's 1994 Entrepreneur of the Year, and listed in Who's Who in 1995. He served as Consultant to Unicity prior to launching Zija International. 
  
  Rodney Larsen - CEO, leads Zija's worldwide sales and marketing efforts.  Larsen served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Business Development at NEXX, and was also Director of Business Development at Big Planet, previously a division of NuSkin Enterprises.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and marketing.  He is fluent in Finnish, and conversant in German, Japanese, and Spanish, an asset for reaching out to the international markets. 
  

  Brad Stewart - President, Brad's distinguished career includes building his own successful companies as an entrepreneur, authoring books and publications, and hosting a nationally syndicated talk show on business and finance.Brad has been involved in network marketing his entire adult life, having worked as a distributor and as a key consultant to many of today's top companies. As President of Zija, Brad is excited and confident about the current senior management team and is looking forward to finding, building, and retaining the most successful distributors on the planet.

  Michael Hershberger - Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for the operational, alliances, and organizational processes at Zija.  He initially joined Zija in 2004.  Prior to that, he spent seven years at Melaleuca and over fifteen years in management and information technology.   He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in Business Management. 
          
  
  
  Scientific Advisory Board:
  Russ Bianchi, formulator of the Zija beverage and is one of Zija's product development consultants. Mr. Bianchi is the founder and Managing Director of Adept Solutions, Inc., a global product development, formulation, creation, and existing brand conversion firm. He is an expert in nutritional bioavailibity and a highly respected formulator of many recognized nutritional branded products worldwide. He is also an acclaimed speaker and author of food technology and nutritional articles, and has been extensively quoted in the media.
  
  Monica Marcu, researcher and technical advisor for Zija.   Monica holds 2 Ph.Ds in Botanical Pharmacology.   Author of Miracle Tree, Marcu's background as an expert on the nutrient-rich Moringa is impressive.  She has worked in clinical pharmacies and in biomedical research laboratories at the University of Ottawa and the National Institute of Health (N.I.H.)-National Cancer Institute (N.C.I.). She has also conducted extensive pharmacological and biological research, authored patents, and is credited with more than 60 articles and chapters in scientific journals and publications.  She has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors from the American Association for Cancer Research, N.I.H., and the N.C.I., as well as recognition from other organizations. In addition to numerous professional affiliations, she is an associate of the National Geographic Society as well as the Nature Conservancy. Besides her two Pharmacology degrees, Monica also has a Nursing Degree, and a Bachelor of Fine Art.
